Matching Funds to Support UniLu's Campus Ministry

Thrivent Financial adds to our members' donations
Thrivent Financial has earmarked $27.5 million for the GivingPlus Program. Using those funds, Thrivent Financial will contribute 50 cents for every dollar that a member donates to an eligible and enrolled institution or organization, based on the following guidelines:

 

Thrivent Financial members*

 
Gift limit2 gifts per calendar year (must be given to two different recipients)
Member's gift rangeUp to $600 per gift
Thrivent Financial contribution range Up to $300 per gift


If you own a financial product from Thrivent Financial, complete a Matching Funds Application (either use the button on the left side of your computer screen to link to a PDF form that you can complete on-line and print or request a form from the church office).  Make your donation check payable to University Lutheran Church of the Incarnation and mark the memo line "Campus Ministry."


A monetary gift of cash, check or money order will be supplemented by Thrivent Financial.  Stock or mutual fund share transfers also are eligible.

Special bonus for volunteers

For Thrivent Financial members who volunteer 25 or more hours for a recipient Lutheran institution or organization, Thrivent Financial will contribute an additional $25.

Volunteer service includes any unpaid time working on projects or activities, or serving on a governing/ task group for recipient Lutheran educational institution or outreach ministry organization.
